The Wilson 801506 is a 60dB amplifier suitable for large home/building use. This amplifier is only for the 900MHz band, used in Europe and many other countries around the world. It is not compatible with any US or Canadian network.
When combined with antennas and cables to form a complete kit it can cover areas up to 8,000 sq ft.
This is the amplifier only.
How it works:
The outside antenna is placed in the area of best signal, collects it and sends it through a cable to the amplifier. The 801506 amplifier boosts the signal, and then sends the boosted signal through a cable to the inside antenna. This provides an area of improved signal that can be used by up to 15 phones or data cards simultaneously.
Kit recommendations:
To work as a complete kit, then the Wilson 801506 amplifier needs to be combined with an external antenna, internal antenna and coaxial cable.
