Overview:
The Wilson 801230 Mini-SignalBoost is a wireless 40dB amplifier designed for in-vehicle use. This amplifier is a new updated version of the popular 801201, featuring a smaller more attractive casing and better signal improvement.
Details:
The 801230 amplifier is dual band, working on both the 800MHz and 1900MHz frequencies. It can therefore be used with all US carriers (inc. AT&T, Sprint, Version, T-mobile etc) except Nextel.
The interior antenna included in this kit is a low profile antenna that will rebroadcast the amplified cell signals throughout your car or truck. This amplifier also comes with the option of attaching directly to your mobile phone through a wired connection and Velcro attachment. When used in this way as a 'direct connect' amplifier it may prove more reliable as the antenna is contiguous to your phone. Purchasing the 801230 allows you to use an existing antenna, or use one of the other antennas on our site. Alternatively, you can purchase one of the pre-packaged repeater kits that include an external antenna - the 801231 or 801232 (see below).

801230: Amplifier with in-car charger and ultra-slim internal antenna. Needs external antenna.
801231: Amplifier with in-car charger, hands-free phone cradle and 301125 magnetic mount antenna.
801232: Amplifier with in-car charger, ultra-slim antenna and 301125 magnetic mount antenna.
801233: Amplifier with in-car charger and hands-free phone cradle. Needs external antenna.
The amplifier is powered through your cigarette lighter socket with the aid of the supplied power adapter. An AC power supply is optionally available should this be required.
